MY WEIGHT GOAL IS 135, THAT MAY BE HIGH AS I AM SHORT,BUT IT IS REALISTIC AND HEALTHY. PRIMARILY I WANT TO INCREASE MY ENERGY LEVEL.
I ATTEND A BIBLE STUDY/ WEIGHT LOSS CLASS AT CHURCH. I TRACK CALORIES AND CHOOSE FOODS THAT ARE HEALTHY AND FILLING. HAVING A SUPPORT GROUP HAS BEEN THE BEST TOOL EVER
I LIVE IN SW WASHINGTON WITH MY HUSBAND OF 36 YEARS (OR IS THAT FOREVER! )WE HAVE 8 GRANDCHILDEN THAT ALL LIVE CLOSE BY. OUR OLDEST SON AND A VERY SPECIAL NIECE ALSO LIVE CLOSE BY. OUR YOUNGEST SON DIED THIS PAST YEAR AND OUR FAMILY IS STILL TRYING TO COME TO TERMS WITH THE LOSS.
GOD IS IN CONTROL AND ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE (OR BEARABLE) WITH HIM.
