My goal is to have healthier eating habits and get my body to feel better. I would like to lose 1-2 lbs a week.
I would like to get to the gym 2-3 times a week, try some new recipes and get my water in.
I live in Mn. with my husband and 2 children. I love the outdoors, traveling, cooking, reading and just spending time with family and friends. I love animals and hate exercise!! Hoping to change that.
