My Goals:
I have been on and off of the wagon for the last few years. When I lose, I get excited about the progress and reward myself by "cheating" just once... okay maybe 2 or 3 times. That's exactly where I go wrong every time! I need to stay strong, focused and calm. Need to tell myself "Don't give in!"

I live in PA, 42 years old, am married and have 2 fabulous children!

Other Information:
I have found one of my favorite things to do is walk, because it is just so invigorating! My other hobbies are Golfing and spending quality time with my family.

My 25th class reunion is on the way and I am determined to lose the weight so I can feel good and look fabulous! I will be strictly following the routine in order to meet my goals. I can lose 58 lbs by August 1st, 2015. THIS is MY year! I CAN DO IT!!

emoticon Okay SPARK friends make April 1st a new starting point for a goal you really want to achieve. If you have been working on a goal since January 1st, you have been at it for three full months so be proud of yourself! emoticon

I love spring! emoticon The joy of planning my gardens .I love the first sign of the crocus, emoticon daffodil, and tulips pooping up, emoticon brushing away the dead and heavy cover to see the strawberries, chives,parsley and lavender emerge, emoticon the shoots of green buds on trees, emoticon and the robins returning, emoticon the morning sounds of the birds chirping. emoticon

Spring is a time of renewal. The weather gets warmer and the days grow longer allowing us time to get out doors and PLAY! Finding fun and exciting ways to enjoy the out of doors will invigorate and motivate you plus it changes your routine causing those pounds to drop. Try biking, rollerblading, trail hiking or geocaching. Play kick the can, skipping, or jump roping with the kids. Push strollers, walk dogs, climb fences. Join a league. Grow a garden. The possibilities are limitless.

Spring is a time of freshness. Start trying some new veggies and fruits. Drink lots of water. Give yourself a homemade facial or scrub your feet with an abrasive. Give your house a good cleaning. Get rid of the old.

Okay, hopefully I motivated you to make some fun changes and break up your routine a tad. Let me know what works for you! emoticon

emoticon Good Morning Spark friend!

emoticon It has been an interesting week for many of my Spark friends. Snow days and shoveling seems to have been the highlight for many of you.

Your blogs have been filled with new recipes, new fitness routines, and lots of organizing spaces. January always seems to be the month of "new"s.

Just a reminder to set your goals for the week. It always helps me to have a plan. I have done much better with the strength workouts, but boy am I ready for a rest day when Friday comes. emoticon

Stay healthy everyone. Get plenty of sleep and drink lots of water. Flu season is approaching. emoticon emoticon Have a Sparkilicous week! emoticon emoticon emoticon
