I hope I didn't already ask this. You said in your profile that you were eating low carb even before you started IF. Did you find after you started IF that you naturally ate less on up days, too? Or did the up days not really change and all the calorie deficit came from MF days? I. e., how did MF (I call it modified fasting, since calories are consumed) affect your eating overall? Because your results are nothing short of awesome.

Hi Tammae; Thanks for the comment on my blog. I just feel so hurt about everything and so fed up with our friend. I am reminded of the verse in Proverbs that says to let another man praise you and not your own lips. It is Proverbs 27:2; so fitting for my friend. 33 days ago
