I already got the clothes thing covered. I bought a whole bunch of clothes in smaller sizes. Plus, I only wear skirts and those are easier to alter. I wear exercise pants in the house and have smaller sizes there to. So, I'll have clothes, and fit better in my clothes as I go along despite my clothes ban for 2017. Pray I hit my goal weight now.

I hope I didn't already ask this. You said in your profile that you were eating low carb even before you started IF. Did you find after you started IF that you naturally ate less on up days, too? Or did the up days not really change and all the calorie deficit came from MF days? I. e., how did MF (I call it modified fasting, since calories are consumed) affect your eating overall? Because your results are nothing short of awesome.
