Thanks for the shoes, Tammy! I was on a roll with running week before last, but this last week I lost it. We've had such rain here, well, I'm sure you've heard. Flooding but not in my immediate area, TG! Hopefully we will dry out a bit this week. emoticon emoticon

Thanks for the extra water!!! I plan on keeping my water bottle close at hand and drinking from it as much as possible! I keep telling myself "It is not really a gain" but it just always is depressing seeing that number jump up (especially after you resisted fast food and Dairy Queen ice cream all weekend long)LOL. I am not really letting it get to me too much though. I hope you are having a great week!!!
