    I just added you as a friend. I saw that you signed up for the "WW from home!!" team, which I really like. I responded yesterday to a thread you started. We're both doing WW without being members. I also saw that you told Mariah that you have several friends doing WW that can help you. That' great! (You could start your own private WW meeting; I saw on someone's blog that she did that with her neighbours who were both also doing WW and the 3 of them had private WW meetings in the jacuzzi!)

    I find the WW points system much easier to keep up than counting calories and much simpler and flexible than any other diet I have ever attempted.

    SP is a great place for finding support, wonderful SP friends and wonderful SP teams. I am confident that we will both succeed in this weight loss. emoticon

    Hey Tamika,

    I am so excited about ww, so far I love the diet plan. I don't see any reason why we should spend money on meetings and weight ins, when we can do it right here. Although I do realize some people do need that type of program for accountablity. I just have come to a point in my life where I know, that I know, that I know!
    I will be stricken with weight related disease if I don't do something. ALL and I mean ALL the women in my family, maternal and paternal are ALL over weight and unhealthy. Most with High blood pressure, heart disease for sure. All at risk for diabetes, stroke, ect. So I believe I am still healthy enough and young enough to get a handle on this. As a Nurse I know first hand what I have subjected my body to, and enough is enough, I am tired of being tired.

    Yes lets help each other to get this done, I would like success story of my own, instead of always reading about others. I have commited to posting everyday, following the ww diet plan and start and exercise regimen. I have started with a 10 pound goal and will go from there. emoticon

    Hey Tamika,

    I'd love to have a buddy in addition to the W8watchers team. I have researched WWP thoroughly, I believe I have collected enough info to do this. And honestly, I don't want the extra expensive. I know I can do this with just my own resources and SP for support should be doable. I am waiting for my starter kit, but I have already began the eating plan. How are you doing with your plan, I have some great info if you need it. I even found 2 online free calculators.
