Hi Tami, so glad you made it! Kudos to you. You are doing great girl! Log in your foods on the nutrition area, try to keep under 1500. My goal! and make sure you add any activity done. Look under brouse in the activity area, you will find walking, housework, etc. Keep it journaled and it will grow. Here are my daily goals... *To stay w/i cals 1000-1500. Ov er 2000 is a blow it day! *Try to move at least 30 min a day except Sunday. If I miss a day I do it sunday! *post my Jems everyday! in msg board area under comm journals. Look back in the past ones or just hit it when you look at your friend feed under my name. * Pick a team and try to do it as much as possible. It's fun! Good luck.
