My Goals:
Some goals of mine:
1. Hiking up the big hill by my house without huffing.
2. Get that muscle tone back.
3. That is my mother's tummy, not mine. Take it off.
4. Enjoy my progress.
My Program:
1. Eat regular meals so that I dont get low blood sugar or ravenous.
2. Hydrate.
3. Walk fast on my commute - (2) 15 minute walks each day.
4. Get into the gym at least 3x week.
