Starting Over with BLC17!!
I've been a member of Spark for quite a while and here I still sit. I get motivated for a time then burn out. I have Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism and it's just plain hard to lose weight. I think if I focus on a healthy lifestyle I'll feel better and maybe weight loss will follow. At any rate, I'm ready to refocus!
