MY GOAL FOR 2013 IS TO REGAIN MY HEALTH!! BOTH PHYSICALLY & MENTALLY. I HAVE TONS OF STRESS IN MY LIFE THAT NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT, EVALUATED AND DEALT WITH.....
BOTH THE HYPERTHYROIDISM & WORKING THE NIGHT SHIFT FULL TIME HAVE MADE MY LIFE A MISERY BUT AS THERE ARE NO CHANGES THAT I CAN MAKE IN EITHER DEPARTMENT, I NEED TO FIND A WAY TO COPE WITH BOTH. MY FOCUS WILL BE ON EATING HEALTHY AND GETTING AS MUCH EXERCISE AS POSSIBLE.

I just want to like what I see in the mirror again. Be happy and healthy
My Program:
I am trying to eat properly and get some exercise in but am finding it very difficult with my work schedule.
Personal Information:
I am from a small hamlet in South Western Ontario (in the Sarnia area). I have to drive everywhere I go as there is no stores/gym etc within 30 miles of my house.
Other Information:
I love Butterfly's - to me the represent rebirth and strength .... a chance to change your life and become someone new
