Hey girl! I totally understand. I get weak when I'm around it too. It's all good. The main thing we need to focus on is that we get right back up and get back on track. Like you said, as long as we have more good days than bad, we are bound to see results. I think back months ago, hadn't I decided to eat better and exercise more, I would be 25lbs heavier compared to being 25lbs lighter. So yes, every day counts. Hey girlie! I had to push the reset button. I've been going over for the last 4 days. Ugh...then, I hadn't been exercising every day. So I'm hoping to get a good start this week.
