Ladies, Lift!

Since I started a serious weight training last November, I lost 11 pounds. It's a lot for me, as I wasn't losing any despite the many swimming sessions I was putting in for months. Highly recommend it!

My Goals:
I am determined to stay healthy, active, physically and mentally fit, and positive. Weight loss is not my main goal, but would be nice :-)

My Program:
I try to be flexible, and make time to exercise, rather than complaining that I never have time.
It's definitely a challenge with a full-time job, long commute, and a nine year old!

Other Information:
I am up to 120 laps per swim session. Up to 75 pounds for barbell squats, looking to raise it to 100.

Hi there,
Congrats on so many fitness minutes! Without a 'before' picture it's hard to say what the progress is, but you look very fit (swimmer shoulders!) so I'm sure that's the reason for the small weight loss.

I hope you don't mind, but I 'added' you for inspiration. Your commitment is really something else!
