I live like nobody else will, so that one day I will live like nobody else can.
I love my sparkfriends and all I could ever wish is to have more! There are so many great people on this site and I love reading everyone's blogs and status updates. I am very encouraged by my friends! I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science August 2012. I'm not sure where I'm going with my career from here, but I am using all that I learned to work on myself. My main focus right now is to be healthy. I love my sparkfriends and all I could ever wish is to have more! There are so many great people on this site and I love reading everyone's blogs and status updates. I am very encouraged by my friends! I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science August 2012. I'm not sure where I'm going with my career from here, but I am using all that I learned to work on myself. My main focus right now is to be healthy. I have removed all "weight focused" items from my profile, because at this point, that is not my concern. Weight loss will be a side effect of the healthy lifestyle I am following. I am following the calorie, carb, fat, and protein recommendations from Sparkpeople, along with any adjustments suggested by my doctor. I could not even begin this process without God's love and blessing in my life. I believe that God will do anything for me that I cannot do, but will not do for me anything I can do. And He ALWAYS does whatever He wants. There is no forcing his hand in this matter. Every day is to the glory of God who strengthens me! I motivate myself by helping motivate other people. I love to reach out to others and provide encouragement and ideas. It helps me to feel motivated, too! I love having accountability partners (the more the better!). I hate to admit when I have failed, although I will admit it if I have, so having someone to report to really helps me!

My Program:
-Track calorie, fat, carb, and protein intake following Sparkpeople and Dr. recommendations. -Walking on the treadmill -Physical Therapy exercises, which involve primarily core exercises.
