    My gosh I don't know how I got to your page but I'm glad I did! Then I see that I added you as a friend. Not sure if it was just now or previously. I know many people from Burma. Some really great people. Would love to know more about your travels.

    Hi Didi! Saw you hit 130 - that's great! That's what I have been staying at (which is okay with me). Just finished a week working at Good Works (an organization that repairs homes for homeowners that needs help) so I got plenty of exercise and learned a lot. Anything new with you? I have two more weeks off until school starts. My husband and I are planning on going to Maine in October - celebrating our 25th anniversary. Take Care, Beth

    Your new picture is great! How are things? I've been doing good - first holiday season where I didn't put on 5-6 pounds!! We have had such a cold winter - sick of snow (already have to make up 3 days in June). What is your weather like? Take Care, Beth

    I'm new to SparkPeople and been checking out other people in my age group (I'm 55) with same "weight issues" as me. I've never had to diet but since turning 50, a few pounds have started adding up. I'd like to be 135 (trying to be realistic) so it's 7 pounds (which I hate when people act like it's nothing). I do exercise 4 times a week (been doing that for years) so that's not working for me. I hope this will do the trick - so far, I'm doing the food tracker and really like it. I enjoyed looking at your page. Beth
