I'm the mom of a super active 3 year old (what I wouldn't give for his energy), the wife of a busy small business owner. I work full time and am almost finished with my Masters Degree.

I gained 40 lbs during my pregnancy and while I have managed to lose most of that. HOWEVER, I am still far from my size 10 pants even though I'm only about 6 lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight (um, anyone seen my pre-pregnancy body shape anywhere? Please message me if you find it).

*For those of you who look at my pics and think I don't need to lose weight - it's all in my middle and notice, I tend to keep my middle hidden in all my pics!

I've been on and off sparkpeople for 2 years. I have just reset all of my goals so I can start over. I've already missed out on my "170 by 30" goal and 31 is right around the corner. I'm finding it harder and harder to get the pounds to come off.

I've hit a few road bumps here recently and each one gets me more and more frustrated! But I'm not giving up.

I'm setting a new goal right now:

Starting weight (for these goals): 185.8

Goal 1: 180 lbs - Met 3/14/13
Reward: Teeth whitening - Got 3/14/13

Goal 2: 175 lbs
Reward: iTunes gift card

Goal 3: 170 lbs
Reward: Origami Owl necklace & locket

Goal 4: 165 lbs
Reward: Sexy new lingerie

The BIG Goal: 160 lbs
Reward: 5 new-stylish-my-age outfits!

wow Day 3 and your doing something right if your tummys already flat? God I hope I have the same success as you. Yeah Im totally not a breakfast person I know I forced myself to eat the egg beaters subsitute eggs 1/4 cup this morning w/ fat free cheese? ugh.... I will do it everyday if the scale shows some good results... we'll see? after the 2 weeks? I pray I lose a few pounds I will be truthful with you. I am not eating by the book ex Day1 , day 2 so on... I think some of the reciepes sound so disgusting and Im a picky eater , so after saying all that. Im just choosing things in Phase 1 I know I can stick too. Hopefully it helps? I'll let you know. Havent felt hungry at night? Normally everyone else is mucnchin on chips and stuff Im usually hungry to pick, I honestly didnt and I will try my hardest not too tonight. Im gonna go excercise now. I will check in tomorrow . Have a great night
