Focus T25 and anything from Fitness Blender (Very effective workouts and very real couple)

I really, really, really don't have Time to get to the Gym, I have to do it at home, where I can multitask eg. put the laundry in the machine while i'm doing my Shaun T for 25 minutes!!

I'm a Trini (Trinidadian )to d bone, married to the love of my life, first time mommy of 1 sweet munchkin

I am a positive person..

Life is too short to be negative and treat others badly. Now is the time to be HAPPY.

I am a mommy, wife, daughter, student, volunteer etc. So I I'm ALWAYS very busy and that's why I chose at home workouts. I can only get to the gym on semester breaks lol

How you doing, mama? Miss you!!! I really need you to give me a head check and an a$$ whooping! LOL! I've gotten complacent and slipped up to the tune of 12+ pounds.... UGH!!
