The Other Side

I started the Spark stages program in 2007 at 195 lbs. I've had setbacks, weight gain, a pregnancy, and a lot of growing pains learning new habits. Four years later, I'm still learning how to consistently manage my weight.

On 8/31/11 I reached 173 pounds, which is just inside my healthy BMI range. I'm going to maintain here for a while and focus on making meal planning and home cooking long-term sustainable habits.
