I started the Spark stages program in 2007 at 195 lbs. I've had setbacks, weight gain, a pregnancy, and a lot of growing pains learning new habits. Eight years later, I'm still learning how to consistently manage my weight.

The good news is that, despite some yo-yo-ing, I haven't been over 180 pounds since the beginning (except during and shortly following pregnancy). When I have setbacks, that fact is reassuring and re-motivating.
