One Day I Woke up and I was fat...

What happened? As months and years piled up, pounds piled up, too. I noticed. I couldn't help but notice -- clothes got tighter, sizes got bigger, I retreated more and more into my little world, thinking I was too fat for the beach, the pool, even the park where all those skinny things run and play. I am tired. Tired of this prison of fat and self-loathing I've encased myself in. And I'm ready to break free.

Check out the Omron Pedometer. You can drop it in a pocket or attach it to a belt or pocket. It is excellent. It records lots of info. But, I use it for the steps/mileage info. I also use it with the Walk It Out for Wii game I use most days. The Omron provides accurate mileage/steps info. I got mine on Amazon.com. It has worked very well. I am on my second one though because I drowned my first one when I went into the pool with my grandkids during Spring Break. It isn't waterproof!

Thank you so much for the thoughtful comment on my blog. I'm a bit frustrated, but also determined to over come these destructive habits. I'm glad to get to know you, and I love your list of rewards!

Hi there...I somehow ended up reading the profanity posts on the B.L. team eventhough I'm not part of the team and I just wanted to say you are RIGHT ON! (eventhough you "like to hide behind a facade of invective" - ha! ha! geez-)
