A while ago (over a year) I was a active member. But do to sickness, injury, and lazyness I stopped comming to this site I decided to try again with a whole new page a whole new out look. More of a "attack and kill" twards my problems. I have alway's been a beat the odds kind of person. So I decided to put that tenacity to my weight loss and health. My Goals:
1. Lose 50lbs So I can quite smoking in 2013
2. STOP EMOTIONAL EATING!!!
3. Become more active habitually
4. Eat smart Eat right. eat well
5. lose no more or less than ten lbs. a mth
6.loss 110 lbs. total
7. be able to walk 5 miles without knee and ankle strain.
8.keep and matain a healthy lifestyle


My Program:
Basiclly treat this as I would any other hurdle in life attack, destroy, and eviserate the problems. My weight, bad food desisions, not taking car of my weight are not problems that happened over night. so I am looking for long term goals and soultions. No fads. No exterem diets. Just practicail realistic solutions to weight loss and health.

I am 38 years old I have a cat And am a what most would call a geek goth. I like comics and Freddy, Video games, zombies and vampires. I am a happy go lucky kind of gal. I love cooking for others but have found I don't like cooking for myself. I am a reclamation artist (I turn trash into art)
