I'm on yet another weight loss journey. I like to stay active and am currently training to run in the Calgary 1/2 Marathon. My problem has never been exercise, I love it, but do at times have to dig deep to find the motivation to keep going strong. I struggle with eating. I know how to eat healthy, I just don't apply the knowledge. I found Sparkpeople and loved the meal plans and thought I would give it a go. Put some more structure in and see what happens.
I would love to have some "buddies" on here to stay focused with. It would be great to get to know some people from my local area too.

Update: June 2010

I completed my half marathon and feel great now that almost 2 weeks has past to recover.
I have been struggling with eating again and need to get back on track with that.
I am looking at trying to work on my speed so I will have to add some hills and speed work into my training.

Update: November 2011
I'm back!
I've been gone and I have let myself get icky again. I'm feeling it. I'm ready to work it off. Have some new TurboFire to kick my booty into overdrive.
