Hi, I'm on a perpetual journey to control my weight.
My name, Taingi, means "strong".

I weigh in kilograms, so here's a conversion for people using pounds:

Start Weight: 77.2kg = 170lb
Current Weight: 71.3kg = 156.5lb
Goal Weight: 65kg = 143lb

Body Fat % = 28.8%

I want to get my BMI down to the middle of the healthy range:

less than 18 = Underweight
19-26 = Healthy Weight (low risk)
27-29 = ...

My Goals:

My program goals:
Sticking to 1200-1500 cals a day
20 mins cardio 5 x a week.
20 mins strength training 3 x a week

I'm 170cm tall. That's 5ft 6"

my first week was pretty good...sparkwise.... classes not so much...but at least i'm sticking with my "diet" and exercise program...how are you doing?

Thanks for your lovely words on my page, good to hear you are Aussie, I love aussie humour its a bit like my UK zany humour :-)
Even better to hear your B/F supports my birth town Football team !YAY - go Liverpool! ;-)
You have an excellent advantage in your wish for weight loss, in that you have realistic goals and determination.
This is not going to be a breeze, its tough, but YOU CAN DO IT!
I for one can't wait to see the piccy when your 120lb with a big smile on your face :-)
