Heaviest weight ever: 308 pounds
Starting SparkPeople weight: 278.5 pounds

I lost 30 pounds before joining SparkPeople and another 40 since. My weight, my blood pressure, my fasting blood glucose, my total cholesterol and LDL have all dropped. I lost so many inches on my waist that I had to buy a leather punch to make new holes in my belts.

I am grateful to my SparkFriends and the Spark Community for their friendship and their support. Thank you all.

7. Using my bicycle instead of my car whenever possible.

Yes, Fitness Blender is online & it is FREE! There is a 'guy' & a 'gal' & they do the workouts. There are lots of videos to choose from - probably 100-200. Anyway, you can search by level (1-5), time, equipment, part of body, &/or type of exercise (pilates, aerobic, etc). They don't have music, just some talking. So, I turn on my own music. It works for me! I guess I'll hop over & pick out a workout for tomorrow. emoticon
