Hi, I saw your question about the calendar, I was concerned about that also. I found it. Under the Track your Weight you will see "See Progress Reports". Click on that, go to the bottom of the page in Weight and Other Reports and you'll see, My Spark Summary Calendar. That's it! Hope this helps!
Tahosa, You are very smart to focus on what you CAN do to improve your health with diet and fitness...Sparkers make it worth it too. Well I am back... like a yo yo. on again off again. I did really well in 2009 when we started Brookdale Weigh and sparkpeople, then got off track, came back, thought I was going to be committed... and well It didn't work.
When it comes to balance a life of family, work, family, stress, exercise and eating well, yada, yada, yada. I kinda sucked at that...

Hmmm Hi MUDMAX... I was the Brookdale leader, and now work for Holiday Retirement...didn't work out after 5 years working for Brookdale, imagine that! lol
Anyway. I too am starting over. I find much motivation from Tahosa and want him to know that I just lost my Dad. He lost his Dad about a year ago.
Us who are left from Brookdale, maybe we can meet here on Tahosa's page to help motivate each other. We must all have large hearts because of our willingness to help seniors. I am fast approaching being one myself! lol
