GETTING BACK ON TRACK

I have two goals, friends! One is to get healthy, and the other is to lose weight. They'll come hand-in-hand, right? I had success with SP in the past as a tool to check in, keep it real, and stay motivated. And it worked! I left for a few years and guess what...I'm back and ready to commit again!

My Goals:
APRIL 25, 2016 - 8 WEEKS UNTIL VACATION. Time to get serious b/c I'll be on the beach with friends! Started tracking food again today, and am starting my "My Program" this week (run, x-train, weights). Also going back to my "no refined sugar, no dairy, no meat" eating program.

My Program:
Run - 4X/wk
Crosstrain - 2X/week
Strength - 5X/wk

Calories 1200-1500/day

Water - Min 8 cups/day

Personal Information:
From the West suburbs of Chicago. Winters are cold and snowy, summers are hot and steamy. I'm a serious Cubs fan! I enjoy bowling, rollerblading, bicycling, heading to the gym, and walking with an occasional jog.
