Working mom and full time student stuck

UPDATE: had a family death, fell off the wagon. I have gained 19 pounds and need some motivation :(

HORROR ! 133.8. Since then I have completely changed my lifestyle. I eat wonderfully healthy and work out every single day. I am down to 117 and think I would be good at 110, but it's really more about the mirror than the scale! My friends think I am crazy because I am already "so skinny" but they don't see me naked! I am making great improvements and looking to this site to stay motivated!

Thank you so much, those are some really good ideas.I will have to try them.I have a hard time with chocolate.I'm a total addict.I've tried quitting but I just can't.I was thinking maybe I could try making a healthy chocolate shake or smoothie, something like that.Or maybe you have some suggestions,I'm going to try lowering my calories some this week to.I was up in the 1500's and I seem to get stuck there and plateau.

Hi, I see that you are almost to your goal weight.I am having a hard time getting past 130..I've been stuck for months.Do you have any tips? Maybe my calorie range is to high..not sure.
