I am doing P90X, P90X+, P90X3, Turbo Fire, Chalene Extreme, T-25, and Les Mills Pump as my primary Beacbody home fitness DVD programs. In addition, I train at a local 24-Hour Fitness.
I enjoy and promote a lifestyle of fitness and nutrition. I stay active and workout 4-5 days a week. Fitness has changed my life. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and create tailored and individual programs.
