Spring's Coming and So am I

As I think about spring coming I also think about my fitness goals. I want to get in so much better shape. I want to see how far this can take me. I am excited to see all the positive changes in my body. I am also looking for new clean eating recipes to try. Love to put new things like that into my eating plan. So spring bring it on.......I am so ready.

My Goals:
To eat a clean diet by having 3 meals and 2 snacks each day. To lift weights 3 days a week and to do cardio 5 to 6 days a week. To continue on with eating from a healthy place and not from the wounds of a bad childhood.

My Program:
Group Power weight lifting classes 3 days a week. Personal goals are to have God and Dennis beside me all the way in life.....

Personal Information:
I have a love for Jesus. He's my best friend. I also have a love for Dennis...him and I have been through the good the bad and the ugly of life.

Other Information:
I have lived in the same town all of my life. I have one sister who is 18 months older than me. I love to go motorcycle riding with Dennis, I love to go camping, and working out.

The victory is yours, if only you choose, to do what is right, so that you can lose!

Just keep moving ahead, doing things to keep you fit, not allowing distractions to keep you from it.

Don't focus on things, that will hold you back, just shove them aside, to keep you on track!

If you look back, and see what brought you down, you will find what it is, that can turn around!

Keep your heart, and mind focused on to your goal, there is plenty of stuff, that is good for your soul!

Be happy with the steps, that you take every day; don't get stuck in the traps, that will pull you down out and away!

I thank you for your encouragement, it means much to me! Keep moving forward, and soon you will be free!
