“Having a positive mental attitude is asking how something can be done rather than saying it can't be done.” ~ Bo Bennett
I truly think a positive attitude is half the battle in weight loss. First, we need to believe that we can be successful; then, we need to believe that we DESERVE to be successful! We need to find our own personal “how” to reach our success and to keep trying until we do find it. Sheila
I made this for friends who came to lunch recently and will definitely make it again - easy, healthy, and yummy! Sheila

"Success is not measured by what you accomplish but by the opposition you have encountered, and the courage with which you have maintained the struggle against overwhelming odds." ~Orison Swett Marden
I think it’s important that we consider the fact that we are still Sparking and working toward our goals as success! We too often forget to congratulate ourselves and others for the small steps forward and tend to dwell on our faltering steps instead.
So, to all my Spark Friends: Congratulations! Job well done for being here today and for every postive step forward you take! Sheila
