I am a work in progress

I am a 37 year old married mom of 3 girls. 4, 7, and 14. I have around 160 pounds to lose. I like to walk and read. My goal is to lose 160 pounds by October 2014. That will be 20 years together for me and my husband and I have a great trip planned if I meet my goals.

Congratulations on your progress so far. You have goals similar to mine. Next year will be our 30th and a big trip planned also. I plan to be as fit as possible but will not let whether or not I reach my goal affect our plans. Being with the one we love should be the biggest pay off!

I too have a lot of weight to lose. I try to look at 20 pounds at a time at the most. I use getting below a change number, or a 5 number as a mini goal. Right now I want to get below 280.
