TIME TO STOP MAKING EXCUSES

it's time to stop making excuses!!! i could blame stress at work, personal problems, but, the fact is that i just got tired of it all, and, iin doing so, i gained back tthe 15 lbs i lost last year.. no more excuses or blamiIIng anyone but myself..it's time to reevaluate what i truly want from life and get to it!!
i need to lead a healthier lifestyle..i do eat better, but, there is room for improvement in that area..simplier, healthier foods, more organic and healthier snacks..

i've simplified my spark teams...i kept only a few, but, i will still be more than willing to help anyone who needs a shoulder or support...i'm here for all...
i needed to get closer go my God...he's always been there in the backround, but, i need him there up front...i need his support, his love, but, most of all, his forgiveness...
so, i'm back and more determined than ever to become a healthier, happier me...with the help of God, my children and all of you...

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
Nelson Mandela

The way to recover the meaning of life and the worthwhileness of life is to recover the power of experience, to have impulse voices from within, and to be able to hear these impulse voices from within-and make the point: This can be done.

Don't wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful.

Mark Victor Hansen
Quote When you know who you are;
when your mission is clear and you burn with the inner fire of unbreakable will;
no cold can touch your heart;
no deluge can dampen your purpose.
You know that you are alive.
Chief Seattle

We cannot live for ourselves alone. Our lives are connected by a thousand invisible threads, and along these sympathetic fibers, our actions run as causes and return to us as results."
Herman Melville

When your desires are strong enough you will appear to possess superhuman powers to achieve.
Napoleon Hill

Forget past mistakes. Forget failures. Forget everything except what you're going to do now and do it.

Terry, thanks so much for stopping by to say hello. I'm glad you're back. I understand having a hard time getting serious. I did that while I was going to WW. I'd lost so much weight, crept back up a bit - then my dad died, that didn't help. I'm glad you just got to see your kids and hope you had a great weekend!

Thanks for stopping by my page! I am also trying to live a simpler lifestyle. Some things are easy--like hanging the wash outside. Others are more difficult. My biggest challenge is time, I work full time and wish I was home instead. Oh, well, we need that health insurance!
