Finding Myself is Step One

It's a new me. That's so cliche but that's the motto I'm sticking with for now. I'm kind of determined to lose weight and make sure I work out every.single.day.

Like a puzzle, I tend to fall apart if one things sets me off, if I don't do one thing correct, or if something doesn't turn out to be in my favor. This is something I am hoping to work on while on my journey to success.

Mini goal-165
Long term goal- 140.

Seems I saw somewhere..you did an hour on the treadmill? I think that is what I need to do. It has been so hot here today. Maybe I an make it an evening goal, like maybe 30 minutes. emoticon
