Returning to the weight of my youth

I am working hard to lose 85-100 pounds within one year. My ultimate goal is to be around the weight I was in my late teens, or early 20's. While I am losing, I am also retraining my metabolism and have already had my thyroid replacement hormone reduced twice. I hope to be off of it completely by the end of 2011.

I started my current weight loss program 11/1/10, at 260. Averaging 2-2.5 per week, I am on track to meet my goal. I was pre-diabetic, with a fasting glucose of 126 and ...

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to lose 85-100 pounds, putting me in approximately size 12/14 clothing.

I would like to be able to participate in some 5k's and do more hiking with the family.

My Program:
Mediral Weight Loss Drops.

Walking on the Treadmill.

Toning with my BowFlex.

Personal Information:
Married to my wonderful husband for 22 years. Two children: son, 17, graduated High School a year ago; daughter, 13, in 8th grade.

Had major back surgery 3 years ago to correct a birth defect. I now have permanent nerve damage.

Diagnosed with fibromyalgia (for 20+ years). Being obese just makes the pain worse... and I know that working my way into an exercise program will have long-term benefits.

HIya
How you doing? You were doing well last time we spoke, so I am assuming you are still on the right track and heading down the right path
I hope you I am starting round 3 on the 3rd May but doing 21 days this time.
I see that there are a lot of people that are saying this HCG is no good and are trying to ban it, over here in the UK I have lost my supplier, so I hope that I have enough to make a big dent in my weight
I have only read the good stuff about this diet and it's not putting me off.
Take care LYnn xxx emoticon
