I have always struggled with my weight and have been on diets off and on since i was 12 years old. Even when i worked at the zoo (a VERY physically demanding job) and jogged 10 miles/day i could barely maintain a size 12. Now that i am not working at the zoo, I have gained weight again, and need to figure out how to at least get back to where i was.
