Hi, I'm 34 mother of two. I have had trouble with my weight for 16 years now. I found out that I have PCOS and it is very hard to lose weight. But I have been working out for 12 years off and on, on for the last 3 and I love it, I just wish the weight would come off.

I'm 186lb, size 12-14
Next mini goal 180lbs. It's being a long journey but very worth it.

I'm really hoping to be in a bikini soon, not the cover up ones I wear now, but something a little more sexy :)

reward get a new outfit
*Take a new pic of me and like it.

reward buy and wear a bikini

buy myself a whole new set of clothes.
*Keep the weight off for 6months
*Keep the weight off for 1 YEAR

My Program:
-I work out 3-5 day a week, work out videos, cycle, walk/run, swim.
-eat small meals, more protin and less carbs
-drink a lot of water
-take vitamins

ya, i lose my first 5 pounds I feel great. I love this site it is one of the best tools i've used. Sparks people keep up the great work.
