Hi, I'm 34 mother of two. I have had trouble with my weight for 16 years now. I found out that I have PCOS and it is very hard to lose weight. But I have been working out for 12 years off and on, on for the last 3 and I love it, I just wish the weight would come off.

December 12
I'm at 209lb and size 16-18
Right now my mini goal is to get to 199lbs. I can't put a date on it because with my body I'm not sure how long it will take (and I don't want to get down and give up) but I know I can do it.

I'm 186lb, size 12-14
Next mini goal 180lbs. It's being a long journey but very worth it.

I'm really hoping to be in a bikini soon, not the cover up ones I wear now, but something a little more sexy :)

It's been a long year and I haven't lost any more weight but I have not gained. I'll be running two races this summer and cycling in a Triathlon .

-to finally wear a bikini
- be proud to take a picture, and make up for all the ones I missed with my kids
-to feel better about the way i look

My Program:
-I work out 3-5 day a week, work out videos, cycle, walk/run, swim.
-eat small meals, more protin and less carbs
-drink a lot of water
-take vitamins
