Hi My name is Tessa. When I found Sparkpeople, I had finally reached my breaking point with my weight soaring to an unhealthy and unhappy 260 lbs. My goal was to lose 90-100 lbs through diet and exercise and I am almost there. I am finally to able to face my WHOLE body in the mirror and love who I see back. It has been a long journey and didn't happen over night, but NOW is the time to push even further to achieve the body and physique I dream of..... I look forward to getting support and BEING supportive here and most of all......being happy again.

    Thank you so much! Yes, I east the same breakfast, lunch and dinner all week. Eventually you get used to it and when you see results you want to continue. I try to make foods I will enjoy so I don't get bored :)
