Hi, my name is Sarah, and I am looking to lose a significant amount of weight. I have been on my current journey for 11 months, and have lost 129.5 pounds so far. I still have over one hundred left to lose, but I have arrived at my half way point. I had gastric bypass surgery on May 4, 2010, and have lost 89.5 pounds since then. I am looking for a buddy who I can offer support to and have support from on a regular basis.
There are things that we all need to work on, and for me, goal setting is one of them. I know where I want to go ultimately, but don't tend to have a good plan to get there, so here it goes.
In the month of September, I will:
-Get in at least 5 hours a week of cardio exercise
-Get 2 hours a week of strength training
-Drink my 8 glasses of water a day (plus some, if possible)
-Keep track of my caloric intake
-Keep track of my protein intake
-Consume 60-80 grams of protein per day
-Take all 4 vitamins, 2 calcium chews, and my pills every day
These are all things that I am supposed to be doing anyway and while efforts have been made to accomplish them, I have still been lacking. I can do this, and I know you can accomplish your goals, too. Here's to a great and productive month of September, 2010!!!

Wii fit hula hoop, bowling, boxing, ski jump, and others.
