Thanks for reminding me of Dr. Seuss Day!! I loved your huddle comment!!

"Bartholemew and the Oobleck" is my favorite Dr Seuss book. When I was teaching, I always read it to my students on this day and then I would give them Ooobleck!! They loved both!

emoticon Hi I'm new around here and like this community lots. It's tough to keep the weight off. One important bit of information that I learned is to NEVER eat when you are not hungry. If you feel like having something, just notice if you are hungry. It is very powerful because you will end up lying to yourself if you just ignore the observation. Then have a big glass a water. Wait 10 minutes. if you want it still than it is your choice and not an emotional one.
