Hi Beulah, and welcome to the cholesterol support team. I am learning new things all the time here in sparks and am finding out what fats are best and what are the worst and what are the ones in between lol. Also, any fats in our diet should always be in moderation! I have found the nutrition tracker very helpful.

I know you can do it. I have a ways to go, but every step is closer to the right direction and do not ever let setbacks stop you from your goals.

Hi and welcome to our Cholesterol Support Team where you will find lots of information and loads of support. Just post any questions, comment or suggestions you may have and someone will respond quickly.
Be sure to drink plenty of water and walk. Water and walking will help you on this journey of lowering numbers and weight loss.
Stay focused and keep a positive attitude as this will be a great help to you in your daily life!!! Smile although sometimes that is the hardest, but it really helps!!! And, if nothing else, it makes people wonder what you're up to.
It's good to meet and have you with us. Take each day as it comes and enjoy it to the fullest!!!
