    Things went well for V day. I told Shane I'd rather he wait til the outrageous prices went down and then buy me flowers, so he bought me a dvd instead. Things are going fairly well, tonight being the exception. We went to the culinary arts wine and food pairing night, unbelievable!
    Hope the exercising is going better. If you want I can nag you every day to see if you have done something, lol. I don't have too much trouble with that once I get started but I slip up with the food constantly.

    Thanks for the encouragement. I needed it. Just don't burn yourself out (and I speak from experience here too) and then not want to do anything. Let your body rest a bit every week, kay?

    Wow ... we have a lot in common then! My goal weight isn't really my goal ... sshhh, don't tell anyone. The truth is that I just want to get to a weight where I feel comfortable and confident ... I just picked a lower weight as something to work towards. I have never been "thin" so I don't know where I want to be, and I don't think I will know until I get there.

    Hey, I too have COMPLETELY fallen off of the wagon. Especially on the week-end. I got completely discouraged when despite all my efforts, I gained the last two weeks and embarked on a self-indulgent and piteous binge on brownies and other horrible choices. But as my status says... I'm hitting reset and pretending that the past two weeks didn't happen. Hopefully I can get back on track without too much difficulty. Hope things are going better for you. How are you liking the new workout videos?
