I am 48 and have a large family.
My husband has 7 children from previous relationships and I have 2, then we have our sweet lil Logan together. I'm gramma to a feisty 6 yr old whom is just the cutest little thing. My daughter and grand daughter live with us so the children are being raised together.

I'm trying to work on both my nutrition and my fitness levels, both of which were sadly neglected for many many years. It's hard to keep track of both. It seems when I do good ...

I'm trying to work on both my nutrition and my fitness levels, both of which were sadly neglected for many many years. It's hard to keep track of both. It seems when I do good with one, I slip on the other. Eventually I'll have both on track then I'm sure my body won't be so confused.

I've been working on my weight for the past several years on and off (mostly off over the last 2 years). They say you don't put the weight on overnight but it sure felt like overnight to me.

I try to eat clean, unprocessed most of the time.
I've noticed that in the past once my body starts to sweat and I start to get uncomfortable I stop thinking I've had enough. I'm now trying to push myself beyond that point.

I work full time as a fast food manager and my hobbies include walking on local trails and my tropical fish tanks.

Thank you for your comment on my question about what you want for the next month.

If we do a Question of the Day, I am going to need some help in getting different ideas for questions. Your suggestions were great and a lot more will be needed.

I am glad you plan to join the Step Challenge. If you have been reading what we are doing some are putting in a lot of steps while others are struggling. Anything you do will be great!
