    Still not feeling well today. I've put exercise on hold. Doesn't help that I hurt my neck on Tues doing sit-ups! Outstanding for you on the cigs! I can't diet and quit. I'm not ready. Besides, I gained some of this weight from the last attempt. You are doing great! Keep it up! Are you weighing in tomorrow? I'm looking forward to it!!!

    Keep me posted on how living without meat goes for ya. I do not eat meat a lot, but I do like chicken and pork chops. I tried to eat ground turkey, but hated it.

    Hey. Thanks for adding me back. I'm 5'1" on a good day, but secretly I am probably 5'0". It stinks cause 5 lbs on a short person can look like 10-15 on a taller person.
    The majority of my weight is in my lower body. I want to slim down my legs. Are you doing the 30 day Shred program?
