My main advice :
If you have Dear Family Members or Dear Friends : meet them as much as you can, phone them, write to them. I forgot that life was so short ! and it hurts !
Exercise as much as you can.
Don't get stressed for nothing. Relax.
Of course, it's important to have a good diet and to take good care of your healh.

but what I miss the more in this life is that :
... unfortunaly we still don't have any children. We are thinking of adopting... but I am slow to do anything at the moment... !
A Pet :
My brother tried once to make his doggy (a King Charles) pregnant to give us one of the babies.
We are hesitating about the breed of our future doggy.
As we travel, we think that maybe it would wiser to get a maltese dog or a French puddle-maltese, etc as these dogs are smaller than a King Charles.
Moreover, Hubby was allergic to cats in the past. I know that an allergy can come and go but as maltese have hair instead of fur, they are more adapted for allergic people, I thought.
I keep you posted. I would be obliged to do every day one or several walks so that would be good for my shape !
I weighed 147 pounds (67 kg) for 20 years : I used to swim twice or 3 times a week.
I put on weight since... because I stopped swimming... !
In september 2007 after we came back from France I weighed 176 pounds.
When I joined SparkPeople, on January 31st, 2008, I weighed 174 pounds.
I never weighed more than 176 pounds in my life. I wanted to show on my chart that weight to see the progress. So withouht SparkPeople, I lost 2 pounds myself but I have a lot more to lose with SparkPeople...
In January 2013, I weighed 183 pounds.
My GP told me to lose 10 pounds (I started having high blood pressure) and exercise more : what I did !
Now I am even under 173 pounds :
168.5 pounds on August 30th, 2013 !
I love ballet and swimming.
I felt a pain, in May 2007 (grand-plies at the ballet class : I was about 163 pounds, already too much weight for these knees, I suppose.)
I take glucosamine (for the joints), it helps, no more pain due to arthritis in the knees.
I have a lack of iron (certainly due to a bad diet in the past few years). I had a treatment and I feel better now.
DH has heart issues. We have to be careful with cholesterol, fat.
My Dad was back home (he was in a rest home for several months). He was with my Mum again. He died one week ago.

Going to the ballet studio 3 times a week.
Swimming once or twice a week (1 km).
I have started swimming 3 times a week (August 2011)
I love ballet so I started ballet again, a few years ago.
My aim is to go to the gym : swimming + leg + arm + tummy exercises 3 times a week (about 90 min each time)
and to the ballet studio 3 times a week : 75 min each time.
It would be great too if I could do some stretching and ballet exercises at home + some gardenning every day... !
I love children even if we don't have any.
I love watching movies including very old ones... and ballet ones, of course !,,,
I love jewels.
I love cooking.
I love gardening... when I start !...
