I am a graduate student and getting married to my best friend. I love to cook when I can find time for it. I hate exercise and have to force myself to do it. I have a few more pounds than I'd like.

I want to change the healthy way, that I can keep up for a lifetime.

My Goals:
I'm working to lose at least 20 pounds by the time I get married in November 2010.

I want to feel and look healthy. I also want to feel good about my body and the progress I've made. I'd really like to get to the point where I feel comfortable buying a bikini.

My Program:
I currently do three days that focus on cardio (50 minutes on the elliptical) and three days that focus on strength (30 minutes free weights, 20 minutes resistance pilates). I always do resistance pilates that focus on the abs and a pilates section that focuses on stretching and flexibility (20 minutes).

Personal Information:
I struggle with doing this the right way because I've had issues with eating disorders before. I'm fortunate to have people in my life who are supportive.
