My Statement
Hello I'm Sydney and I'm 19 years old. I have been overweight since I can remember and I know it's time to change my lifestyle and poor habits for the better. I wont to be comfortable with my body and the clothing I where. I also want to avoid the health problems that will occur due to my weight. Unfortunately I dislike just about every physical activity you can think of but I know that I have to get up and moving weather I like it or not. As for dieting I'm ok on that front. I mean who ever really wants to diet. That’s why I need to change my outlook from who wants to diet to who wouldn't want to eat a healthy way. I also need to change my thoughts on working out from something I have to do to something I want to do.

My Goals:
-Reduce medications -Have a workout routine -lose 100 lbs. -become a size 12 -KEEP MY Goals
My Program:
I am working out 5 times a week for 30-60 mins. At least 30mins of the workout is cardio and the rest is core or strength training. I am also watching the about of calories and carbohydrates I eat and trying to eat enough fruits, vegetables and proteins. Thanks to Spark I can keep track. :)
