Hi! I am a 63 yr young grandmother that wants to stay fit to be able to keep up with my grandchildren and be the best I can be. Hi! I am a 63 yr young grandmother that wants to stay fit to be able to keep up with my grandchildren and be the best I can be. I am work parttime in a furniture store and I have a home based business that is so much fun and has helped me meet many of my life time goals.

My Goals:
To continue to exercise and eat healthy. I would like to lose 6-8 more lbs, but as long as I stay healthy I am happy with my 19lb weight loss. I am going to double my business and work with others to help them reach their goals. Weight train 2-3days per week and run 3=5 days per week.
My Program:
I walk at least 3-4 times a week. I am trying to get back to running by doing fartlics.(run 2 mim and then walk 5) I tried indoor exercise but I need to be outside to enjoy it. I have a treadclimber be only use it when I can't go outside. Since I have been on my Diet Magic I have finally started losing weight. I follow a healthy diet, but don't have those silly cravings. I is Dr. approved and doesn't give you the shakes or make your heart race. It looks like I will be at my goal in a few weeks now.
Other Information:
I enjoy Reading self-help, motivational & a little fiction. Love playing with my grandchildren out doors hiking rockclimbing and hiking. I hate cold weather so the winter is mostly inside. I have a home based biz that I just started that has finally got me closer to my weight lose goal. www.believeindietmagic.com
