That's a great comment. Thanks, Glenn

PS: I had never heard of the Tao of Pooh, but on your recommendation I bought it online. Read the copy to my wife. We both really enjoyed it. She wants to read it again.

Would you say the Te of Piglet is also worth getting, having read this one? I don't know if it would be more of the same.

Hi there

Thanks for stopping by my last couple blogs. I am really looking forward to running with my friend for her first 5K. I'll be happy to forget about time and stay by her side.

I often think about running along side some of the later finishers when I finish a race but wonder if they'd appreciate the support or be insulted. So running with my friend who asked for support is a great feeling!

Oh and yes, HUGE fan of NCIS, I hear Mark Harmon will be on Letterman tonight or Tuesday, I forget so I have that set to record. I catch NCIS LA once in a while with DH and I just started getting into New Orleans. I've liked Scott Bakula since the show Quantum Leap!

I hope your week is starting out awesome! Thanks again!

Hi and Thank You for your comments on my Lunar Eclipse Blog...
I just grabbed my iPhone and stood in the cold and dark and was so amazed at the wonder of it all.
I just wish I could have gotten the Blood Moon part, but it went behind our trees. So I watched it on TV instead !!!

I have known the calmness and freedom that come with being disconnected. I would like to keep some of that, but get more of the benefits to being wired. Glenn

Morning, Syd. Sounds like we are both trying to catch up on some much needed rest, with concerns over our health and fitness program from so much busyness.

LOL, the "yes" to good money got me into this trouble of being over extended in the first place; "no" and completing what I first agreed to that was put on a back burner (which grew substantially) from new deliverables, will now get me out of it. My busy season (Dec, Jan) is looming, as well as insanity, if I don't take charge of the situation. Their inner politics costs me too much time always (educational grant).

It felt so good to get outside for a walk on a perfect Fall day. I'm getting out for my walk soon, and then another full day of client work. How about you? Caught up on the sleep? Finding some time for health and fitness? Some "me" time? Maintaining some balance in life sure is challenging! Enjoy your Sunday!
