Hope's Place

I want to get healthier and loose some weight to help with conceiving a family. I've been heavy all my life and have bounced from diet to diet trying to loose it. Some work for a little while, but then I get tired of the restrictions and then stop. I have also found out that I am not eating enough calories, which I think has been impeding any weight loss. So I am diligently tracking and making sure that I get the right number each day so that I can do this.

My Program:
Working out 5 days a week during my lunch hour, and writing down what I eat is helping me. My husband is loosing some just because he is eating what I am. Now if I can just find a way to get more exercise into his schedule.

Personal Information:
I'm from New Haven, IN, just outside Fort Wayne. I'm married to a wonderful husband who sees me getting healthier and has joined in. Now if I can just spark some other people in my family, I would be really happy.
