My Goals:
My goal is to get more healthy and fit. To be able to live and enjoy the world God has given us to enjoy.

Goal # 1: 155 # Reward: new outfit

Goal # 2: 150 # Reward: new outfit

Goal # 3: 145 # (want to be at this goal by Dec 2010) Reward: New outfit


My Program:
I plan to watch what I eat (more healthy choices) and make sure I include some type of activity in every day.

1. Eat approx 1500 calories per day (doctor's suggestion)

2. Get more exercise - approx 30 min a day


Personal Information:
Ultimate goal of getting healthy and fit by July 2011 (40 yr old). I would love to be 135 pounds but MUST be healthy and fit. You can be skinny but not healthy (like I was when I was younger).
I am married to a wonderfully supportive husband of 6 yrs.
We live in NC with our 8 yr old fur-baby Sheba.

Other Information:
I love to read, watch tv, play computer games (addicted), surf the internet, and eat (where I get the problem of losing weight).
