A journey into loosing the baby weight...

It was so easy to gain the weight. I was pregnant, and it seemed like the only thing I could do that I enjoyed was eat! I had a rough beginning to my pregnancy. Morning sickness was all day and all night sickness until my second trimester. After I was finally able to eat again, I more than made up for it!

Besides monitoring my calories, fat, carbs, and protein; I am also working out. I am doing cardio three times a week.

Well Hello...I was on vacation for a week. I had a friend visit and let me tell you, my diet went out the window. On the upside though, I created her Spark page for her and hopefully the next time she visits we will both be dieting. I feel aweful about it. I didn't lose any weight but I did lose inches!!! I lost another inch of my hips and bust and .5in off the waist. So...that's encouraging. At least I didn't completly mess it all up right.
I'm so proud of you for working out, I still haven't. I told myself I was going to do 20min. last night and I didn't. 20Min. is not that much and I couldn't even talk myself into it. I'll get there though.
Anyways, good work and keep your head up.

Hi again! I just came back to SP today after taking months off. I, however, didn't work out like you or track food so I need to re-lose some weight and get back into shape before working on new goals. Here's to a great new year for both of us!
