I am the mother of 3 beautiful boys. My youngest will be 1 soon and I am wanting to lose the weight not only for them but for me!!! I want to truely feel good about myself!!!!!!

My Goals:
My goal is to learn to eat healthier and to exercixe more. To be in great health not only for my family but for ME!!!
My Program:
I am exercising daily for at least 30 mins and trying to watch in take of what I eat. It will be hard not to have that 2nd helping of beans and rice though!!!!!
Personal Information:
I was born in San Juan, PR. My father was a Navy man and could not help but to fall in love with a beautiful woman from Ponce!!!! I was rasied state side but have a nevering ending love of mine as well as my mother's people in my heart. I have 4 beautiful men in my life whom I love with all that I have. I have been a big girl most of my teenage to adult life and decided that i needed to make that change not only for my family but for myself. I f you would like to know more about me, just ask!!!
Other Information:
I love music, cooking and traveling. Making new friends is also high on my list as well as spending time with my family!!! They are the best and number 1 in my life right next to God..........
